I wrote to him (he was already “the” SEO leader in Germany back then) via his contact form and asked if we could meet up sometime (to talk nerdy about SEO). He then immediately invited me to the recording of SEOFM on May 13, 2008, which was the biggest podcast in the SEO scene at the time.
